🗂️ What you can do as a Space Administrator

You have the Space Administrator role on Didask? This guide explains what you can do independently, and when you need to reach out to a Platform Administrator.

⏱️ The essentials

• As a Space Administrator, you have full governance over your space: users, groups, content, broadcasting, and statistics.
• You only see the data from your space, not from other spaces on the platform.
• For global platform settings (licenses, customisation, AI configuration), you need to contact a Platform Administrator.

ℹ️ A single user can hold multiple roles on the platform. To go further, check out the following resources:


✅ What you can do independently

Managing users and roles in your space

  • Create, edit, and deactivate user accounts.

  • Assign and modify the Learner, Group Coach, Space Coach, and Author roles in your space.

  • Create and edit learner groups.

  • Send invitations and reminders to users.

Creating and broadcasting training courses

  • Create, edit, and organise folders and projects (including the chapters, modules, and granules they contain).

  • Access all projects in your space, including Authors' personal projects.

  • Create and configure publications (certificate, final assessment, module locking, comments).

  • Link groups to publications and manage broadcast options.

  • Create and publish programs in your space.

  • Edit the dates and locations of in-person modules.

Tracking progress

  • View global statistics for your space (progress, completion, time spent).

  • View individual learner statistics.

  • View certificates issued to learners.

  • View conversations and AI assistant feedback for your space.

  • View and reply to learner comments.

Accessing your space settings

  • Manage the training spaces you are responsible for (Settings > Training spaces).


🔎 What does the interface look like as an Space Administrator ?

ℹ️ For a Space Administrator, the Didask AI dropdown tab gives access to the following tabs only:

  • AI Statistics

  • Conversations

  • Feedback.

ℹ️ For a Space Administrator, the Settings dropdown tab gives access to the following section only:

  • Training spaces.


🛡️ What requires help from a Platform Administrator

The following actions go beyond the scope of a single space and are reserved for Platform Administrators:

  • Assigning the Space Administrator or Platform Administrator role.

  • Creating or deleting training spaces.

  • Viewing licenses and global statistics across the entire platform.

  • Configuring the AI assistant and knowledge base.

  • Modifying the platform's appearance, tags, security settings, or API keys.
