⏱️ The essentials |
ℹ️ A single user can hold multiple roles on the platform. To go further, check out the following resources:
✅ What you can do independently
Managing your groups and learners
Send invitations to users whose accounts have already been created and who belong to the groups you manage.
Send reminders to learners who have not started or completed a training course.
Broadcasting training courses
Link your groups to existing publications (and vice versa).
Manage broadcast options: experience personalisation, module locking, reminders.
Tracking progress
View progress statistics for your groups.
View certificates issued to your learners.
Enable completion notifications (from the "Notifications" section in publication settings).
View conversations and AI assistant feedback for your groups.
View and reply to learner comments.
⚠️ You only see the learners in your groups. If a learner cannot be found, check that they belong to one of your groups, if not, contact your Administrator.

🛡️ What requires help from an Administrator
The following actions are reserved for Administrators:
Creating or deactivating user accounts.
