You have the Platform Administrator role on Didask? This guide summarises your access and responsibilities across the platform.

⏱️ The essentials

• As a Platform Administrator, you have access to the entire platform with no space restrictions.
• You can create and manage spaces, assign all roles, configure the AI assistant, and view licenses.
• You are the ultimate point of contact for anything that requires a global action on the platform.

✅ What you can do independently

Managing users and roles

  • Create, edit, and deactivate user accounts across all spaces.

  • Assign and modify all roles, including Space Administrator and Platform Administrator.

  • Create and edit learner groups across all spaces.

  • Send invitations and reminders to users.

Creating and broadcasting training courses

  • Access all projects across all spaces, including Authors' personal projects.

  • Create, edit, and organise folders and projects (including the chapters, modules, and granules they contain).

  • Create and configure publications across all spaces.

  • Link groups to publications and manage broadcast options.

  • Create and publish programs across all spaces.

Tracking progress

  • View global statistics for the entire platform.

  • View individual learner statistics.

  • View certificates issued to learners.

  • View conversations and AI assistant feedback.

Configuring the platform

  • Create, edit, and delete training spaces.

  • Configure the platform's appearance (logo, colours, name).

  • Manage tags available on the platform.

  • View and manage licenses and credits.

  • Configure security settings (password policy, IP restriction, MFA).

  • Generate and manage API keys.

Configuring the AI assistant

  • Enable and configure the learning assistant and AI Coach.

  • Manage the knowledge base (import, deletion, connectors).

  • View AI usage statistics.
