📚 Display programs first in the training library

Configure the default view of the learner library to surface programmes as soon as it opens.

⏱️ The essentials

• A setting in Administration > Personalisation lets you add navigation tabs (Programs, Courses, All training) to the learner library.
• Once enabled, learners who have access to at least one programme land directly on the Programmes tab by default.
• This setting is disabled by default and requires activation from our back-office.

🧠 Understanding the use case

In some organisations, training is distributed almost exclusively through programs. This option lets administrators adapt the default view to match their distribution model: if your organisation relies primarily on programs, the library can open directly on that tab for every learner who has access to one.

⚙️ Enabling the programme filter in the library

  1. Go to Administration > Personalisation.

  2. In the Training library section, enable the "Add a filter on training" setting.

Once enabled:

  • Navigation tabs appear in the learner space library: Programs, Courses, All training.

  • Learners who have access to at least one programme automatically land on the Programmes tab by default.

ℹ️ Learners with no access to any programme see the full library with no automatic filtering.
