🧠 Understand the Value of Global Reporting
Global statistics give a cross-cutting view of training activity: who has started, who has finished, how much time was invested, and where learners drop off. It is the entry point for managing a large-scale rollout and quickly identifying early warning signals.
⚠️ Do not confuse this with the data available in the Publications section, which is limited to a specific publication. Global statistics cover the entire platform.
⚙️ Access Global Reporting
In the "Configure" sub-section, click "Statistics".
Navigate the page to analyze the available data.
🔍 Filters
Always set your filters before analyzing data.

Space | Select a space (required for group and publication filters in multi-space mode) |
Groups | All / a specific group / no group |
Publications | All / public / by group / custom selection |

📋 "Overview" Tab
Global indicators (admins only)
Banner at the top of the page: training spaces, projects, published paths, enrolled learners, total training time, average duration per learner.
Progress report

Activity statistics
Bar chart with two selectable views: unique learners, training time. Useful for visualizing the regularity of engagement over the period.
👤 "By User" Tab
Consolidated table per learner: progress (%), paths and modules completed, training time, time saved. Sortable and searchable.
Export: .xlsx download available from this tab. Full activity logs can be downloaded separately in bulk.
⚠️ Important Limitations
Progress is calculated at the end of the selected period - data is not updated in real time.
Training duration corresponds to the time within the selected start and end dates.
Charts require sufficient data to display.
Anonymous learners can be filtered separately.
The .xlsx export is only available from the "By user" tab.
