💌 Invite and Follow Up with Learners on a Publication

Support your learners from enrollment through to completion to maximize completion rates.

Written by Océane

⏱️ The Essentials in 3 Minutes

• You can send an invitation by email to all learners or to specific learners.
• Automatic follow-ups are sent at Day +2 and Day +7 of inactivity, then every 15 days for assigned training courses not yet completed.
• Manual follow-ups are sent from the publication statistics: filter by progress, select learners, and send.

🧠 Understand the Value of Invitations and Follow-Ups

Publishing a training course is not enough: most learners need to be prompted at the right moment to get started or pick up where they left off. The initial invitation creates the first trigger; follow-ups maintain momentum throughout the publication. These two levers are complementary and directly accessible from the platform.

✉️ Send the Initial Invitation

When publishing, check the option "Send an invitation to learners at the start of distribution". Once you click "Publish", a window opens to customize the email content before sending.

To invite a specific learner after publication: go to the publication settings, "Learners" section, check the relevant learners, and click "Invite X user by email".

📧 Automatic Follow-Ups

Enable automatic follow-ups from the publication settings by checking "Inactive learners receive follow-ups".

Day +2 without activity

Day +7 without activity

Follow-ups stop automatically once the learner completes their publication.

Sent follow-ups are visible in the "Account activity" section of each learner's profile.

💌 Manual Follow-Ups

For targeted and personalized follow-ups:

  1. Go to the statistics of the publication.

  2. Use the filters to select the relevant group(s).

  3. In "Individual tracking", filter by completion level or progress status.

  4. Select the learners and click the ✉️ icon to send the follow-up.
