⏱️ The Essentials in 3 Minutes |
🧠 Understand the Value of Invitations and Follow-Ups
Publishing a training course is not enough: most learners need to be prompted at the right moment to get started or pick up where they left off. The initial invitation creates the first trigger; follow-ups maintain momentum throughout the publication. These two levers are complementary and directly accessible from the platform.
✉️ Send the Initial Invitation
When publishing, check the option "Send an invitation to learners at the start of distribution". Once you click "Publish", a window opens to customize the email content before sending.
To invite a specific learner after publication: go to the publication settings, "Learners" section, check the relevant learners, and click "Invite X user by email".
📧 Automatic Follow-Ups
Enable automatic follow-ups from the publication settings by checking "Inactive learners receive follow-ups".
Trigger | Recipients |
Day +2 without activity | Learners inactive for 2 days |
Day +7 without activity | Learners inactive for 7 days |
Every 15 days | Learners with an assigned training course not yet completed |
Follow-ups stop automatically once the learner completes their publication.
Sent follow-ups are visible in the "Account activity" section of each learner's profile.
