🧠 Understand the Value of Theme Tags
When a platform offers many training courses, the catalog can quickly become hard to browse. Without clear signposts, learners struggle to find what matches their needs or learning course.
Theme tags structure the catalog into visible, filterable categories. It is a simple way to improve learner autonomy when searching for training and to encourage catalog exploration.
🛠️ Create Theme Tags
From the side panel, go to the Tags page.
Enter the name of your theme and click "Add".
Select the available languages from the dropdown to enter the tag label in each language.
Once you have several tags, reorder them using the arrows. The order shown here is the order learners will see in the Training tab.
🔖 Associate a Tag with a Project
Go to the relevant project.
Click the 🔖 icon at the top of the screen.
Select the tag(s) to associate with the project.
Learners can then filter training courses by theme from their Training tab.
