⏱️ The Essentials in 3 Minutes

• Module rating is enabled from the project settings (⚙️ icon) via a simple On/Off toggle.
• Once enabled, learners can rate the module from 1 to 5 on the completion screen.
• The average rating is visible in the "Content Tracking" section, under the "Rating" column.

🧠 Understanding the Value of Module Rating

Collecting learner feedback at the end of a module makes it easy to quickly identify content that works well and content that needs improvement. It is a direct, simple feedback mechanism that complements completion and performance data.

⚙️ Enabling Rating from Project Settings

Module rating is configured at the project level.

  1. Go to the project settings via the ⚙️ icon.

  2. Find the option "Enable module rating by learners".

  3. Toggle the switch to enable it.

Rating applies to the completion screen of each relevant module.

👀 What Do Learners See?

When rating is enabled, learners see an invitation to rate the module on the completion screen, once they have finished the course. They can assign a score of 1 to 5 stars.

📊 Viewing Ratings in Content Tracking

Collected ratings are visible in the publication statistics under Content Tracking. The Rating column displays the average score for the module, calculated across all learners who responded.
