⏱️ The Essentials in 3 Minutes

• Enable comments from the "Experience customization" section of each publication.
• Learners can comment after completing a granule, and view other learners' comments.
• Find and reply to comments from the publication statistics, under the "Content tracking" section.

🧠 Understand the Pedagogical Value of Learner Comments

Understanding is not only verified through exercises. Asking a learner to articulate what they just learned, or explain how they would apply it in their own context, reinforces memory retention and supports transfer to the workplace.

Learner comments also create a space for exchange between peers and with the trainer, which can strengthen engagement and group dynamics in collective paths.

⚙️ Enable Comments on a Publication

  1. Open the relevant publication.

  2. Go to the "Experience customization" section.

  3. Enable the learner comments option.

Once enabled, learners see a comment area after completing each granule. They can also view comments from the trainer and other learners.

💡 Recommended Use Cases

Comments are particularly useful for:

  • Prompting reactions to content: ask learners to rephrase what they understood, or illustrate with an example from their own practice.

  • Posing an open question to the group: spark a topic for reflection, ask for experience-sharing, or create collective momentum.

  • Giving instructions for a project: direct learners toward a concrete action to take after the granule.
