🧠 Understand the Value of the Admin Role
The admin is responsible for keeping your training setup running smoothly: they configure the platform, manage users, and ensure overall consistency.
The Admin role lets you delegate this management to the right person, with the right level of access. On a single-space platform, you can grant full administration (for a platform manager) or limit it to the training space (for a business-line owner).
📌 Example: a corporate platform for continuous training. You give your L&D director the platform admin role (full visibility and control), and a business-line owner the space admin role to manage content, users, and publications without touching global settings (customization, licenses).

On a single-space platform, you assign administration at the right level.
