The learner satisfaction survey lets you gather detailed feedback at the end of a course. It helps you measure overall satisfaction, spot areas for improvement, and collect actionable qualitative insights.

✨ What can you do with it?

  • Measure overall course satisfaction

  • Identify areas for improvement

  • Collect qualitative feedback through custom questions

  • Track your Net Promoter Score (NPS) as a key metric

Combining NPS and custom questions gives you precise insights to continuously improve the learning experience.

⚙️ How to add a satisfaction survey

  1. Open the conclusion page of the course in your project.

  2. Select your questions, either:

    • from the pre-built template

    • or by adding custom questions using the available question blocks: Rating (1-5) / Rating (1-10) / Open-ended text

  3. Everything saves automatically.

🧑‍💻 What do learners see?

At the end of their course, learners are prompted to complete the survey. It's quick and straightforward. Responses are locked after submission to ensure the integrity of the feedback.

📊 How to analyze learner feedback

  1. Go to the statistics for the relevant publication and open the Individual tracking section.

  2. Open the dropdown and select Satisfaction survey results.

  3. Download the results as a CSV file.
