⚙️ How to add a satisfaction survey
Open the conclusion page of the course in your project.
Select your questions, either:
from the pre-built template
or by adding custom questions using the available question blocks: Rating (1-5) / Rating (1-10) / Open-ended text
Everything saves automatically.
🧑💻 What do learners see?
At the end of their course, learners are prompted to complete the survey. It's quick and straightforward. Responses are locked after submission to ensure the integrity of the feedback.
📊 How to analyze learner feedback
Go to the statistics for the relevant publication and open the Individual tracking section.
Open the dropdown and select Satisfaction survey results.
Download the results as a CSV file.
