Written by Océane

⏱️ The Essentials in 3 Minutes

• The survey is configured from the path conclusion page in your project.
• You can use the ready-made template or add custom questions: rating (1-5), rating (1-10), free text.
• Responses can be viewed and exported as CSV from the publication statistics, under the "Individual tracking" section.
• Responses are locked after submission by the learner.

🧠 Understand the Value of the Satisfaction Survey

An improved training course is an evaluated one. The satisfaction survey measures learner perception immediately after the experience, identifies what works and what deserves adjustment. Combined with NPS, it provides both quantitative indicators (ratings) and qualitative ones (free-form feedback) to drive continuous improvement.

⚙️ Configure the Survey

  1. Open the path conclusion page in your project.

  2. Select questions from the ready-made template, or add custom questions from the available blocks: Rating (1-5), Rating (1-10), Free text.

  3. Saving is automatic.

💡 To delete the satisfaction survey: remove all its questions one by one using the Trash icon to the right of each one. Once empty, the survey will no longer be visible to learners.

👀 The Learner Experience

At the end of the path, the learner is invited to fill in the survey. The step is short and simple. Responses are locked upon submission, which ensures the integrity of the feedback.

📊 View and Export Responses

  1. Go to the publication statistics, under the "Individual tracking" section.

  2. Open the dropdown and select "Satisfaction survey results".

  3. Download the file in CSV format.

ℹ️ Current Limitations

  • The survey cannot be reused across multiple projects.

  • It is not possible to send reminders to learners who have not yet responded.

  • Advanced statistics (aggregations, trends) are not yet available.
