⏱️ The Essentials in 3 Minutes

• Themes are created from Settings > Customization > Manage publication themes.
• You can customize primary colors, exercise backgrounds, and correct/incorrect answer colors.
• Choose a color from the suggested palettes or enter a hex code.
• Once created, a theme is applied project by project from the project's graphic settings.

🧠 Understand the Value of Visual Customization

Training in your organization's colors reinforces brand identity and creates a consistent learner experience. It also builds trust: learners immediately recognize they are in an environment created by their organization, not a generic platform.

⚙️ Create a Custom Theme

  1. Go to Settings - Customization.

  2. Scroll down to the "Manage publication themes" section.

  3. Click "Create a theme".

Customizable elements:

  • Primary colors (overall visual identity)

  • Exercise backgrounds

  • Correct and incorrect answer colors (= feedback)

Two ways to pick a color:

  • Select from the suggested palettes

  • Enter a hex code for a precise shade

💡 Text color is automatically selected by the system to ensure optimal readability.

🎯 Apply a Theme to a Project

Once the theme is created:

  1. Go to the graphic settings of your project.

  2. Select the desired theme from the dropdown menu.

The 👁️ icon on the right lets you preview how the theme renders across the different platform elements before confirming.

🎨 Customize a Block Background Individually

In addition to the global theme, you can refine the style of each content block directly from the granule editor:

  1. Hover over the block.

  2. Click the Style icon (pencil).

  3. Choose a custom background for that block.
