⏱️ The Essentials in 3 Minutes

• The header (name + logo) appears at the top of every page on the platform.
• The login page background image is the first thing your learners see - make sure the input fields remain readable.
• The learner space banner personalizes the welcome screen once logged in: image, title, and text color.
• Themes define the colors applied to publications and exercises: create, edit, or set a default theme.

🧠 Understand the Value of Visual Customization

A platform in your organization's colors drives engagement from the very first login. It signals to learners that they are in a space created for them, by their organization - not a generic tool. Visual consistency across the login page, the learner space, and the training content itself contributes to a smooth, professional brand experience.

🚀 1. Platform Header

The header is visible on every page of the platform, for all users.

  • Platform name: enter the name that will appear in the top bar, next to the logo.

  • Logo: upload your organization's official logo. It appears in the top left, next to the name.

🖥️ 2. Login Page

The login page is your learners' first impression.

  • Background image: upload an image to illustrate the page background.

A few best practices:

  • Choose an image related to your domain or brand guidelines.

  • Use a high resolution (avoid blurry or pixelated images).

  • Avoid overly busy or high-contrast images that reduce the readability of the login fields.

👩‍💻 3. Learner Space

Configure the visual environment your learners navigate once logged in.

  • Banner image: upload the image that will frame the top of the learner space.

  • Title displayed on the banner: enter the welcome message or main heading shown on the banner.

🎨 4. Publication Themes

Themes define the colors applied to publications and exercises (backgrounds, correct and incorrect answer colors, etc.).

  • Default theme: select from the dropdown the theme that will automatically apply to your new publications (11 themes are already predefined).

  • Create a theme: click "+ Create a theme" to design a new color palette.

  • Edit a theme: click the pencil icon next to the relevant theme.

  • Delete a theme: click the trash icon.

💡 Themes are applied project by project from the project's graphic settings (🎨 icon at the top right). The default theme set here applies automatically to new publications if no specific theme is selected.
