🧠 Understand the Value of Certificates
The certificate is the crowning moment of a learning course : it recognizes the learner's achievement, reinforces long-term retention, and materializes a tangible accomplishment the learner can share.
For training organizations or HR departments, it also plays a critical compliance role: proof of engagement for funders (OPCO), traceability for Qualiopi audits, and justification for management.
📌 Example: an internal cybersecurity certification program. You customize the certificate with your logo and the CISO's signature. At the end of the course, each employee receives their personalized certificate. You download all certificates as a ZIP file for HR archiving.
⚙️ Activate the Certificate on a Course
Before customizing the design, first activate certificate delivery on your publication.
Open your publication.
Go to the Learner experience customization section.
Enable the Course certificate option.
💡 The certificate is triggered automatically when the learner completes their course with a score that meets the success criteria defined on the publication.
🎨 Customize the Certificate Design
The modern certificate design is fully editable from your project settings.
Open your project and go to Settings.
Customize the following elements:
Element | What you can modify |
Logo | Your organization or client logo. |
Certificate name | The title displayed (e.g. Certificate of Achievement, Participation Certificate). |
Description | Explanatory text (course subject, special mention). |
Signature | Digitized signature of the L&D manager, CHRO, or executive. |
Custom background | A background image in your organization's colors. |
Preview the result at the bottom of the screen.
💡 The certificate color automatically follows your platform's color theme.
⚠️ Custom background specifications: jpeg or png format, max size 10 MB, optimal dimensions 1754 x 1240 px.
📥 View and Download Issued Certificates
All certificates issued on your platform are centralized in one place.
Go to Certificates and reports from the space.
Click "View" to see the details of a certificate.
Select the relevant learners, then click "Download certificates". The download is in ZIP format, grouping all selected PDFs.
🔎 Filter and Search Certificates
By default, all issued certificates are displayed. To save time, several filters are available:
Filter by training space (on a multi-space platform).
Filter by learner group.
Search by username, email, or identification number.
💡 Regardless of your filter, the ZIP download groups all matching certificates in a single action.
