🖥️ Add an E-Learning Module

The e-learning module is the standard format for delivering content and exercises for self-paced learning. Here's how to create, populate, and customize it.

⏱️ The Essentials in 3 Minutes

• Two creation modes: AI generation (from a document or description) or free creation from scratch.
• An e-learning module consists of an introduction page, granules, an end-of-module training session, and a conclusion page.
• Preview your module at any time using the button at the top of the screen.

🧠 Understanding the Pedagogical Value of the E-Learning Module

The e-learning module lets learners progress at their own pace, without depending on a trainer or a synchronous time slot. It is the preferred format for transmitting knowledge, practicing skills, and anchoring learning through repeated exercises. Its strength lies in the combination of information and exercise granules, which alternate between exposure and active knowledge retrieval.

⚙️ Creating an E-Learning Module

  1. In your project, enter the module title and select the "E-learning" type.

  2. Choose the creation mode:

    • Generate with AI: import a document or describe your need so the AI generates a first version. Learn more

    • Free creation: start from a blank page and build your module granule by granule (you can also add a granule sequence via AI at a later stage).

🎨 Customizing the Module

Once created, the module can be enriched and structured through four elements:

  • Introduction page: module overview, objectives, estimated duration.

  • Granules: the content units (information and exercise) that make up the module.

  • End-of-module training (via AI): an automatic consolidation session offered to the learner at the end of the course.

  • Conclusion page: closing message, summary, supplementary resources.

💡 Add an internal title (not visible to learners) from the module settings to make navigation easier across your projects.
