💬 What the Messages Tab Does
The Messages tab creates a space for exchange within each group: learners can interact with each other, ask questions, and help one another. Coaches and admins can reply and send announcements.
Note: exchanges are organized group by group, with no thematic folders. However, it is possible to send an announcement to multiple groups simultaneously.
🔎 How to Use the Messages Tab
Click on the Messages tab.
The left panel displays all your groups in alphabetical order. Click on a group to open the conversation.
To send a message to multiple groups, use the Make an announcement button, write your message, and select the relevant groups.
Features available within a conversation:
View existing messages and identify their author (first name, last name, avatar).
See the list of group members by clicking on the group name.
Send, edit, and delete your messages.
Group visibility by role:

A search bar lets you quickly find a group.

What are the requirements for accessing group messages?
To access messages, the user must belong to a group. A learner or coach not part of a group will not see any messages in the section. Additionally, designers do not have access to the Messages tab.
Do all participants receive the same information?
Do all participants receive the same information?
Yes. When information is shared in a group, all members of the group can access it. For individual exchanges with a learner, we recommend using email.
