✨ Create Your Account and Log In for the First Time
Go to the Didask URL provided by the OPCO.
Click "Create an account" and fill in the required information.
You will receive a confirmation email to verify your email address.
Once logged in, click the link received by email to start your path and select the desired training course.
🔄 Log Back In After Your First Connection
Go to the Didask login page (URL provided by your training organization), enter your email address and password, then click "Log in". You can resume your learning from the Training or Personal Space page.
🔑 Reset Your Password
On the login page, click "Forgot password".
Follow the instructions received by email.
Remember to check your spam and junk folders if you do not receive the email.
📄 Account Management and Document Requests
Extend access or cancel a training course: contact support with your first name, last name, current access code, and the nature of your request.
Request an administrative or training document: contact support with the same information, adding the type of document required.

We recommend using Google Chrome on a computer. If you encounter an issue, try clearing your cache and cookies:
Open Chrome, click More, then "Clear browsing data".
Choose a time range, such as "Last hour" or "All time".
Select the types of information to delete and click "Clear data".
If the problem persists, contact [email protected] with a screenshot or a screen recording via Gifcap, so the Didask team can follow the steps leading up to the issue.
