Written by Océane

⏱️ The essentials

• Your profile brings together your personal information (first name, last name, email) and your display preferences (interface language).
• You can add or update your profile picture by clicking directly on your avatar.
• Remember to click Save to confirm each change.
• Your profile page also shows a summary of your activity: training time, completed publications, certificates, and micro-challenges.

🧭 Accessing my profile

  1. Click on your account identifier (your name) in the bottom left of the platform.

  2. Select "My profile" from the menu.

🧠 What is my profile for?

Your profile is your personal space on the platform. It lets you fill in your identity information, customise the platform's display to suit your preferences, and view a summary of your training activity (time spent, completed publications, certificates earned, micro-challenges completed).

📸 Choosing or updating my profile picture

  1. Go to your profile (see above).

  2. Click the camera icon 📷 that appears on your avatar.

  3. Select the image you want from your device.

ℹ️ If you haven't set a photo yet, your initials are displayed by default on a coloured background.

✏️ Updating my first name, last name, or email address

  1. Go to your profile.

  2. Click on the First name, Last name, or Email field and enter the new value.

  3. Click Save to confirm.

⚠️ If your account is synchronised with an external system (SSO, LMS…), some fields may be greyed out and cannot be edited directly on the platform. Contact your administrator if you are unable to update your information.

  1. Go to your profile.

  2. In the Preferred language field, select your language from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Save.

The platform interface will then display in the chosen language.

📊 Viewing my activity summary

In the top right of your profile, you can see:

  • Training minutes completed: total time spent on your training.

  • Minutes saved: estimated time saved thanks to Didask's adaptive learning approach.

  • Certificates earned: number of certificates you have obtained.

  • Micro-challenges completed: number of reinforcement exercises you have finished.

  • Publications completed: ratio of publications you have finalised.

📚 What else you can view from your profile

At the bottom of the profile page, you will find:

  • Groups: the groups you belong to on the platform.

  • Started publications: the list of training courses you have begun.

  • Certificates: the certificates you have earned.
