🧠 Understand the Value of Duplication
Duplicating a project or a module allows you to build on already validated content: same structure, same granules, same pedagogical logic. This is particularly useful for adapting a training course across several spaces (subsidiaries, different populations) or reusing a generic module in several projects.
✈️ Duplicate a Project to Another Space
This feature requires having several training spaces.
Open the relevant project.
Click the three dots at the top right.
Select "Duplicate".
Choose the target training space.
All project elements are copied to the new space. The original remains intact.
Want to share only the publication, not the project? Go to the publication settings, click the three dots at the top right, then click "Share".
🚀 Duplicate a Module to Another Project
In your project, click the three dots to the right of the relevant module.
Select "Duplicate to".
Choose the target project and the destination chapter.
The module's structure and content are fully copied. You can then modify them independently of the original.
