π Understanding the roles on Didask
You can add and invite a new user to Didask, assigning them access rights to your courses and/or your creation and management platform. You can grant access rights and also edit them as needed.

Here are the roles you can assign to your users:
π Learning: This role allows onlyto access a personal learning space and to trainings that are shared to it. It does not grant any creation or administration rights.
π§βπ Facilitator: This role enables the monitoring of learners during registration, course distribution, and the review of statistics.
β It can be assigned to specific learner groups or training spaces.
π βFacilitator in a single-space platform
βπ Facilitator in a multi-space platformβοΈ Designer: This rope allows to create content on the platform thanks to a more or less limited access to the Creation Studio.
β It can be assigned to the level of one or more training spaces.
π βDesigner in a single-space
πβDesigner in a multi-spaceπ§ Administrator: This role allows you to administer your platform or one space of it (if you have multiple ones) thanks to a back-office access, available in the Admin area.
β It can be assigned to the level of space(s) or the global platform

π οΈ How to assign a user role?
A user's role is assigned when it is created. It can always be modified afterwards.

1οΈβ£ In the space Administration, click βManage usersβ or βUsers and groupsβ.

2οΈβ£ Add users (one or more at a time) by entering their login information.

3οΈβ£ Select the associated role(s) to these users.

4οΈβ£ Invite them to join your platform. You're all set!

π‘ To modify the roles of existing users, you have two options:
1οΈβ£ Individual modification: Select a user, then a side panel will open where you can change their roles within the space they belong to.

2οΈβ£ Group modification: Select multiple users (by checking the white box next to their identifier), then click on βModify Roles and Scopesβ in the taskbar.
