❓Overview

The Administrator role is designed for users who need to manage your platform or one or more of its workspaces (if your platform has multiple spaces) through access to the "Administration" area.

For a platform with a single workspace, an administrator can be:

  • a global administrator ➡️ This means they can manage the entire platform;

  • a training space administrator ➡️ This allows them to manage that specific space without affecting the core of the platform.

If you have multiple spaces, read our article in this case.

🎁 How does this benefit you?

Rather than granting full access to the entire management platform to every administrator on your team, you can assign more specific access rights. Thus, you can restrict some administrators' management rights to only certain parts of your platform or specific training spaces.
