❓Overview

The Administrator role is designed for users who need to manage your platform or one or more of its workspaces (if your platform has multiple spaces) through access to the "Administration" area.

For a platform with multiple spaces, an administrator can be: a global administrator

➡️ This means they can manage the entire platform; a multi-space administrator

➡️ This allows them to manage several spaces without affecting the core platform. a single-space administrator

➡️ This gives them the ability to manage only that specific space.

If you manage one workspace, be sure to read our article dedicated to that scenario.

🎁 How does this benefit you?

Instead of giving access to the entire management platform to each administrator of your team, you can grant more specific access rights. Thus, you can restrict some administrators' management rights to only certain parts of your platform or specific training spaces.
