โ“Overview

The Facilitator role is designed for users who need to track learners during registration, course distribution, and statistics review on the platform or within one or more spaces (if you have several).

In the case of a platform with multiple training spaces, a user may be:

  • a workspace facilitator โžก๏ธ This means they can manage groups and track projects across the entire platform;

  • a group facilitator โžก๏ธ This allows them to manage only the specific group(s) they are assigned to.

๐ŸŽ How does this benefit you?

Instead of giving everyone on your team full access to the creation and administration platform, you can assign more specific access rights.

This way, you can have one or more "facilitators" who are only responsible for tracking certain learners, whether within a specific training space or a particular group of learners.

โš ๏ธ Regardless of its scope, the facilitator cannot:

  • โŒ Access to the content editor (this is reserved for designers and administrators)

  • โŒ Create new users in the platform (this is reserved for administrators)
