👍 Rate a Response
After each AI response, you can rate it in one click:
👍 Thumbs up: the response was useful and relevant.
👎 Thumbs down: the response did not meet your need.
🔍 Specify What Went Wrong
When giving a thumbs down, you can select one or more tags to help identify the problem:
Incorrect answer: the information provided is wrong.
Incomplete answer: important elements are missing.
Off-topic: the AI did not understand your request.
Too verbose: the response is too long.
Too brief: the response lacks detail.
You can also add a free-text comment to explain what you were expecting.
💪 Why Does It Matter?
Your feedback allows your administrator to identify gaps in the knowledge base and improve the content made available to the AI. The more you react, the better the AI gets.
💡 Even a quick thumbs with no comment is helpful. And don't forget to give a 👍 when the response is good - it helps just as much as a 👎!
