✨ The 5 Golden Rules

1. Be specific

❌ "Tell me about time management"

✅ "What techniques can I use to prioritize when I have several urgent tasks at the same time?"

2. Provide context

❌ "How do I handle a difficult client?"

✅ "I work in B2B sales and my client consistently rejects my pricing proposals. How should I approach this situation?"

3. One question at a time

Multiple questions dilute the quality of the response. Ask them one after another.

4. Start a new conversation for each topic (for the coach)

Changing topic = new conversation. This improves the accuracy of responses.

5. Specify the format if needed

"Give me a list", "Explain with a concrete example", "Summarize in 3 key points".

🔄 If the Response Does Not Satisfy You

  • Too long - "Summarize more concisely"

  • Too short - "Expand further on the part about X"

  • Not relevant - Rephrase your question more precisely

  • Different angle - "Explain this to me in a different way"

Don't hesitate to iterate until you get the response that works for you.

💡 Remember to rate responses with the thumbs 👍/👎 - it helps improve the AI for you and your colleagues.
