It is possible to follow up with a learner by applying specific filters within a publication's statistics.

📊 Available filters

  • Groups: Filter by the group(s) learners belong to.

  • Completion level: Select learners based on their progress.

  • Assessment status: Identify those who haven’t started or completed their evaluations (e.g., not started, not validated).

  • Training progress: Filter learners based on their activity (e.g., started, never accessed).

⚙️ How to proceed

Navigate to the statistics section of the specific publication.

2️⃣ Apply filters.

  • Select the group(s) you want to filter.

  • Scroll down, choose the learners, and send a personalised follow-up invitation.
