🚀 How to invite a user to the platform?

📢 You can invite all your users to join you on the Didask platform (learners and trainers) via the user management page.

  1. Invite learners to create a Didask account,

  2. Invite new authors or administrators to use the Didask back office,

  3. Send automatic reminders to learners who haven’t completed their registration, thanks to our built-in follow-up feature.

What access does each role have?

  • An “Author” has access to the Studio section and can create training content.

  • A “Coach” only has monitoring rights for certain learners, to track their registration and progress in your trainings.

  • A “Learner” only has access to an empty training dashboard until you invite them to one or more publications.

  • An “Administrator” can access and manage all settings, groups and users in the training spaces they are assigned to.

🛠 How does it work?

  • In the “Administration” page, click on the “Users and groups” tab.

  • Select the user of your choice.

  • Send a default or customized invitation message.

  • You can receive a test version of your email before sending it to your users.

What do the user statuses mean?

  • Pending account: The user has been created but has not yet received an invitation.

  • Invitation sent: An invitation to join the platform has been sent to the user.

  • Active account: The user has activated their account by completing their registration, including choosing a password.

  • Deactivated account: The user no longer has access to the platform.

🔍 These statuses allow you to accurately track where each user stands in the onboarding and management process.
