πŸŽ“ Personal space

  • We’re taking a more formal approach by greeting users with a "Hello" and using more formal language.

All users can now personalize their profiles by selecting an avatar or profile picture. Simply access your profile and click the photo icon next to your initials.

πŸ‘‰ This image will automatically replace your initials across the platform.

Improved group management filters

  • A new filter on the user management page allows you to easily identify users not linked to any group, ensuring no learners are overlooked or denied access to content.

`πŸ‘‰ This is the first option in the group filter list on the user management page.

Hidden deactivated accounts

  • By default, deactivated accounts are hidden.

πŸ‘‰ To view them, tick the "deactivated accounts" option in the "status" filter, which initially selects only active, pending, and invitation-sent statuses.

Customizable email subjects

  • You can now personalize the subject lines of emails sent from the platform, whether inviting someone to join the platform or access specific content.

πŸ‘‰ This new field is available in the email modal that appears when clicking β€œSend invitation.”

SCORM 2004 support

  • Didask now supports SCORM 2004 for creating modules from SCORM files.

πŸš€ Catalog improvements

  • Learner groups with access only to programs are now automatically redirected to the Programs tab.

  • Admins, authors, and facilitators still have access to a special section for previewing the catalog as a specific group.

This section now includes:

  • πŸ‘‰ An option to view public training for learners without assigned groups.

  • πŸ‘‰ A "Public content" label to identify applicable publications.

  • πŸ‘‰ The ability to filter for learner-accessible content by leaving the selector blank.
