📩 Send Learners Invitations directly from your publications.

👋 2 steps to follow before inviting your learners:

Grant access to an existing group or create a new group from your Administration area.
Add learners to this group

All set? You can now invite them to join your course!

💡When you're ready to share your content, you can invite learners directly from the active publication:

1️⃣ In your Studio, select the publication you want to invite learners to

2️⃣ Click the "Configure and Publish" button:

3️⃣ A tab will show up, giving you the option to:

to select access type (private or public),
to add the group(s) you want to grant access to the publication (using the dropdown menu)
to send invitations to learners,
to view the number of learners affected by the message delivery.

4️⃣ You can also enable automatic reminders for inactive learners by clicking the "Remind Inactive Learners" button. They will receive a first reminder 2 days after their last active connection to encourage them to resume their journeys and a new reminder after 7 days of inactivity.

5️⃣ After clicking Next ⏩, the default message for your learners will be displayed. You can customize this message and select the language of the email as well. If needed, you can revert to the original message by clicking "Reset to Default Text."
