We don't retain the raw documents you upload; only the finalized courses you create on the Didask platform are stored. This ensures that sensitive or training-irrelevant information is never retained or reused.
To further protect your data, the OpenAI API adheres to strict standards:
GDPR and SOC 2 compliance: The API meets European personal data protection standards (GDPR) and SOC 2 security standards, ensuring strong governance and security across cloud services.
Encrypted data: All information sent to the API is encrypted in transit, preventing any unauthorized interception.
Data deletion after 30 days: OpenAI enforces a limited retention policy. Data sent to the API is deleted after 30 days, reducing the risk of sensitive information being held longer than necessary.
No model training: Your data is never used to train or improve OpenAI's models, ensuring full confidentiality and no secondary commercial use of your content.
