🧩 What the AI Remembers

The memory contains two types of information:

  • Your professional context: role, industry, work environment.

  • Your learning goals: skills to develop, topics of interest, areas to improve.

⚙️ How Is Memory Created?

During your first interaction with the learning assistant, it invites you to share your context. As your conversations progress, new information may be added automatically, you are notified each time and can choose to keep or delete it.

🔍 View and Edit Your Memory

In the learning assistant or the coach, click the "Memory" tab to view all stored information and delete anything that is no longer relevant.

📝 Examples of Useful Context to Provide

  • "Sales manager at a 30-person B2B startup"

  • "Manager of a 5-person remote team"

  • "Goal: improve my ability to handle conflict within my team"

The more precise your context, the more tailored the responses to your actual situation.

🔒 Privacy and Control

Your data is stored confidentially in your organization's database and used solely to personalize your interactions with the AI. You can view and delete all stored information at any time.
