⏱️ The Essentials in 3 Minutes

• The ranking is accessible in the Didask AI section > Conversations tab, via the "Knowledge ranking" button.
• It displays the most requested resources in real time, with their usage score.
• This data helps identify critical topics, emerging needs, and content to enrich as a priority.
• Consult it regularly and link usage peaks to events in your organization.

🧠 Understand the Value of the Knowledge Ranking

Knowing the topics most frequently questioned by your collaborators transforms your approach to training: instead of planning based on assumptions, you respond to real, documented needs.

This ranking allows you to align your content strategy with actual usage, prioritize the most impactful updates, and anticipate needs before they become blockers for your teams.

📊 Access the Knowledge Ranking

The ranking is accessible by clicking the "Knowledge ranking" button in the Conversations tab of the Didask AI menu, located in the left vertical navigation bar.

This button opens the Most used knowledge side panel, updated in real time based on your users' activity.

🔎 Interpret the Ranking Data

For each knowledge item, you can see:

  • The usage score: total number of times this resource was requested

  • The resource title: training, document, or specific content

  • A direct link to view or edit the content

The ranking reveals several types of information:

  • Critical knowledge: the resources at the top of the list are essential to your teams' daily work

  • Emerging topics: new entries in the top indicate growing needs

  • Popularity gaps: score differences reveal actual priorities versus perceived ones

Pay attention to optimization signals: a very high score on a topic may indicate a need for deeper training, and a sudden change may signal organizational shifts generating new needs.

📈 Act on the Knowledge Base Using the Data

For the most requested knowledge:

  • Deepen existing content with more details and examples

  • Create dedicated training on the most popular topics

  • Develop FAQs to address recurring questions

  • Add complementary content (practical cases, exercises)

To optimize your knowledge base:

  • Prioritize updating the most-consulted resources

  • Improve the quality of content generating many questions

For your training strategy:

  • Create learning paths around the most requested topics

  • Adapt your programs to the real needs identified

  • Anticipate ongoing training needs
