A program allows you to group multiple course-type publications into a structured journey.

💡 When should you use programs?

Consider using a program if:

  • Your training covers a variety of distinct themes. Create a program with one course per theme.

  • Your training exceeds one hour. Create a program structured by complexity levels (e.g., "Foundations," "Advanced concepts").

⚠️ Please note: this feature is not compatible with SCORM.

How to create a program?

1️⃣ From your Studio homepage, navigate to the Publications tab.

2️⃣ Select Assemble publications.

3️⃣ Name your program and select its language.

4️⃣ Link it to a specific training space if necessary.

5️⃣ Write a description, select a theme, and add a banner to represent the program.

6️⃣ Click Add a publication to include the relevant courses in your program.

7️⃣ Preview your program by clicking Preview.

8️⃣ Publish your program by clicking Publish and configure the settings as you would for an individual course.

Programs will appear in the learner catalogue alongside standalone courses, providing a seamless experience for learners.
