✨ What You Can Do with the Didask Chatbot
Click on the black bubble at the bottom right of your platform. Four sections are available:

👥 Who Has Access to the Didask Chatbot?
🍪 Prerequisite: for the chatbot to appear, remember to accept the "Chat & Support" cookies when the banner appears on arrival (at the bottom left of your screen).

📌 Note: the Didask chatbot is available on desktop only, not from a mobile device or tablet.
🔧 The Bubble Is Not Appearing?
No need to worry - in the vast majority of cases, a few simple checks are enough to fix the issue.
1. Update your browser
In Google Chrome: click the three dots at the top right → Help → About Google Chrome. Install any available update and restart.
2. Clear your cache and cookies
In Chrome: three dots → Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data. Select "All time", check Cookies and Cached images/files, then click Clear data.
3. Check your browser
We recommend Google Chrome or Firefox for the best experience.
4. Check your connection
Make sure you are properly logged in to your Didask instance.
