If your platform includes multiple training spaces, a dedicated section is now available to help you easily locate and organize your educational content. 🗺️
Favourite projects
You can now mark your most-used projects as favourites by starring them for quick and easy access, either from the project page or directly within the board view. ⭐
“Recently edited projects” block
Quickly locate projects you’ve recently modified with this new block at the top of your project page in the Studio. 🔄
This block displays between 1 and 5 projects, listing the most recently edited project first. It updates automatically whenever you create or modify a project.
✍️ Collaborate effectively with enhanced sharing options
Personal projects: These are private and accessible only to you, ensuring complete control over your content. 👤
Collaborative projects with all space designers: Designers in the same training space can access and contribute to these projects. 🌐
Collaborative projects with selected space designers: Limit access to specific designers within the space for tighter collaboration control. 🎯
These new options, available through the project settings, give you precise control over who can view, open, and edit your projects.
