📍 You can translate your learning path or training module into a variety of languages available on the platform.
Didask provides an interface translated into 11 languages. This means that all elements visible to learners (action buttons, tips, navigation, etc.) will be translated. However, your training content will need to be translated manually by you.

🛠️ How to translate your training
1️⃣ Navigate to the settings of the project you wish to translate.
🔎 When creating your training project, you selected a primary language.
To this language, you can add translation languages from the “Languages” section in your project settings:
2️⃣ You can then choose one or more additional languages from the list provided.
📍 To integrate your translations, we recommend first creating your learning path and all your Didask content in the main language.
3️⃣ You then have two options for translating your training:
👉 Translation using AI:
📫 If your Didask contract includes the AI feature, it will automatically be available in your instance via your project settings.
👉 If not, and you would like to use it, feel free to contact your CSM or write to us at [email protected].

If you want the AI to translate all the content in your project, simply click the “Complete missing translations with AI” button.
👉 Translation via file import:
If you have translated a course into one or more languages outside the platform (after first exporting the text from your learning path), you can then easily import this text into Didask.
💡 Importing the translated file in .xliff format will automatically create all the course content in the new language within the Didask platform. This offers a considerable time-savings!
4️⃣ Then, if you wish to edit your translation directly from your Didask platform: you can switch to the translation language by clicking on it in the top-right corner of your project.
5️⃣ You are now on the translation side of the platform! You can then write the translated text directly in the interface by editing your module names, the content of your granules, the titles and descriptions of your publications, etc.
6️⃣ Regardless of the translation method, you can then publish your courses. From the publication settings, you have the option, in the "Sharing settings" section, to choose the languages in which your courses will be available.
⚠️ Note: Publishing your pathway in the primary language is mandatory by default.
🎉 Your multilingual publications are now live!
Learners can choose the language they prefer to complete the pathway by selecting their desired language from the top right of the screen.
⁉️ FAQ
> How can I modify my images in the translated project?
1️⃣ Currently, images in short story mode can only be modified in the project's original language, not in the translated version. However, if you use free mode for your granules, you will be able to replace images in the translated project.
💡 To make translating granules in short story mode easier, we recommend avoiding, as much as possible, images that contain text.
2️⃣ The second alternative is to duplicate your modules once the translation is complete, into a separate project. This way, only the translated content from the initial project will be retained, and you can edit your visuals/videos as you would in a regular project.
Here’s how to proceed:
Create Project 1 with the initial language set to French (for example). Then translate the project into English (for example).
Create Project 2 with the initial language set to English.
Go back to the French project, switch to the English translated language (button in the top right), then copy the modules into Project 2 by opening each module, clicking on the three dots in the top right, and selecting "Copy to...".
Once the modules are copied into the English project, only the English content will remain. You can then edit your visuals and videos as you would in a standard project.
