There are two ways to deactivate a learner account:
From the user account:
From the list of learners by selecting multiple users:
💡 Please Note: Deactivating an account does not delete the user account or its data. To comply with GDPR regulations, deleting a user account can be done upon request.
Deactivated accounts can also be reactivated at any time:
