🔎 How to proceed?

You can configure your modules' introduction pages in the Publications tab by clicking on this icon:

➡️ In the menu that appears, you have numerous options available:

1. Write a short, engaging text

These introduction pages are the first content your learners will access, making them the ideal place to nurture their motivation!

➡️ Here are our tips:

  • 💪 Address your learners directly and encourage them.

  • 🤔 Provide context for the module's content: What needs does it address? Why is it important?

  • 🎯 Clarify the skills targeted by this module or the objectives to be achieved.

  • 💡 Give them instructions or guidance to help them regulate their learning.

You have access to the advanced editor, but the simplest formatting options are often the most effective for these pages!

2. Use a custom title

By activating this option, you can display a module title to your learners that is different from the one that appears in your studio.

An asterisk indicates that a module has a custom title visible to learners.

3. Add and display a narrator

You can assign a name and title to your narrator and represent them with an avatar (photograph or illustration). To learn more about the benefits of this option, read this article.

4. Choose a module image

By clicking on "Choose a file...", you can upload an image from your computer or search through the provided image libraries.

💡 The Unsplash image library is particularly recommended for these introduction pages!

Then, add a colour filter to improve the readability of your text:

💡 With this option, you can also:

  • Apply a background image to all the pages of your module

➡️ This allows you to style your entire module and enhance the visual impact of your content!

5. Add a module icon

This option allows you to add an emoji to your module titles to visually complement them.

↪️ If the randomly suggested emoji doesn't suit you, you can always change it.

➡️ Once activated, emojis on module titles help learners quickly distinguish between the modules in your publication.
