📢 With the inactivity reminder, you can easily and proactively prompt learners to return to the Didask platform to continue their courses. This way, you enhance learner engagement without spending significant time on facilitation.
💡 Why use tt? When to use it?
Sometimes, learners stop engaging with your courses, jeopardising their success. Simply providing access to an asynchronous tool for independent learning is sometimes not enough for your learners to complete the courses you assign.
To avoid this issue without investing excessive effort in monitoring your learners, you can rely on our inactivity reminder tool. It will help you increase your course completion rates easily and quickly through automated reminders.
🛠 How does it work?
➡️ To activate the inactive learner reminder:
Go to a publication.
Click on Publishing Settings.
With publishing via Didask, you can then enable the inactivity reminder by clicking on the corresponding button.
⚠️ Note: Inactivity reminders will only be sent if a learner is considered to have had initial activity on your course, meaning they have started at least one module.
➡️ This means they must have clicked “Let's Go” in at least one module of the course.
🔎 What does it look like?
1️⃣ Once activated, automatic inactivity reminders are sent at D+2 and D+7 after the learner's last activity on a course.
D+2 and D+7
2️⃣ If the learner needs to be reminded about more than one course on the same day, the email is adjusted accordingly.
D+2 and D+7
