📢 You can add theme "Tags" to classify your posts according to specific themes you decide. This helps your learners navigate their Training Catalog more easily.
💡 Why use it? When to use it?
This feature is especially valuable if you offer a broad selection of courses that you need to organize effectively.
🛠️ How does it work?
1/ From your Admin area, go to the Tag page.
2/ Name your theme, then click "Add" to create it.
💡 Note: default language matches your browser language. You can select another language from the dropdown menu to change the tag name in the other languages of the platform, if you have more than one.
3/ When you have multiple theme tags, you can reorder them by clicking on the arrows.
💡 Grade : the order you see here is the order in which themes will be displayed in the tag readers on the platform.
4/ Once the themes are defined in your Administration space, a tag reader appears in the Studio, on the page of your posts. You only have to select the tags you want to associate your posts with.
5/ For an overview of the result, preview the Learner Catalog using the filtering options corresponding to the created theme.
➡️ In the dropdown list, select the tags you want to use to filter your publications.
➡️ Use the "Others" option if you want to display publications that don’t have a tag.
Keywords: tags, add tags, theme tags, add theme tags, classify catalog
