🔎 Ready to launch your online course?
Before going live with your e-learning course, make sure to review the checklist below:
1/ ✅ Enrollment process check
I enroll users on the platform and assign them to one or more groups.
I verify that the enrollment information is accurate: First name/Last name/Email or ID number.
2/ ✅ Learner group check
I confirm that learners are assigned to the correct groups.
3/ ✅ Curriculum check
In the Course Catalog, I ensure that the courses are properly visible within the relevant curricula.
4/ ✅ Security and email communications
I request my company’s IT department to whitelist the address notifications@didask to ensure that Didask emails are not blocked.
5/ ✅ Communication test
I create a test learner account and confirm the successful receipt of the invitation email.
I verify that I can access the learner platform after receiving the invitation email.
If I have enabled automatic reminders in the Publishing settings, I check that I receive reminder emails (Day 7 and Day 14 for users who have not enrolled; Day 2 and Day 7 for users who started but did not complete the course).
6/ ✅ Visual elements check
I review the presence and consistency of the narrator, banners, logos, and the login page.
7/ ✅ Course content review
I go through the course modules to ensure smooth navigation.
I post a learner comment during the course to test the feedback system.
8/ ✅ Analytics verification
I monitor the progress data of my course modules during the deployment.
I verify that the progress data in the Analytics page is consistent with my test results.
I ensure that learner feedback appears correctly in the Analytics page, and that the data aligns with my tests.
I download the Excel data report to maintain a record of the test results.
9/ ✅ Assessment validation
If an assessment was created in the course, I verify that it can be completed after 100% of the course is finished. I check that the results are delivered after completion.
10/ ✅ Course distribution check
I confirm that the course is correctly configured and distributed by clicking the “Next” button if deploying on the Didask Platform. For SCORM Connect deployment, I verify that the SCORM version and LMS platform URL are correctly set up and tested.

1/ ✅ Multilingual course review
I verify the accuracy of translations in all available languages.
2/ ✅ API or SSO testing
I conduct tests to ensure proper functionality of API integrations and SSO authentication.
