🤔 What is this about?

At Didask, we know every project is unique, and every team has its own way of working. That’s why we allow each designer to precisely control who has access to each project 📁.

When a designer creates a project in Didask, they can choose between three project access types:

  • Personal

  • Collaborative with all designers in the space

  • Collaborative with selected designers only

👤 Personal Projects

If a project is set to Personal, only you will have access to it.
Simple, secure, and distraction-free!

🌐 Collaborative Projects with All Designers in the Space

You can also open a project to all designers within the space where the project was created.

↪️ Any designer with access to that space can contribute to the project.
New designers joining the space will automatically see this project in their list.

🎯 Collaborative Projects with Selected Designers Only

Some tasks require a smaller, more focused team. That’s now possible by choosing to collaborate with specific designers only.

↪️ You get to select exactly who can view and edit your project.

📝 Note: Administrators always have access to all projects within the spaces they manage, including personal projects.

🔧 How to Manage Project Access

It’s super easy 😌:

  1. Go to your project settings.
Only the project owner can configure access.

Find the "Access and sharing" section.

↪️From here, you can adjust the project type to meet your needs.

🎁 Bonus Tip

When duplicating a project, you can choose the space and the type of project to create.

💡 This feature is especially useful if your platform includes multiple workspaces.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 You’re in Control

Now you have all the tools you need to effectively manage who can access and collaborate on your projects in Didask! Feel free to experiment, modify, and adapt — every project is unique, just like every team.
