📄 Simplified Access to Connection Logs

You can now download a learner’s connection logs for each publication directly from their profile page. Each publication has its own log file.

👉 What this means for you:

  • Quick and easy access to learners' connection history.

  • Simplified management of learner tracking data.

📊 Bulk Download of Learner Connection Logs

You can also download multiple log files at once.

💡 Log file downloads are asynchronous: once you click the button, the download is processed in the background. You’ll receive both a Didask platform notification and an email to retrieve your files.

Here are the download options:

1️⃣ From the Publication Statistics page (via a button to download logs for all learners in the publication): A ZIP file containing one log file per learner for the selected publication.

2️⃣ From the Admin Report (via a button to download logs for all selected learners across all selected publications): A ZIP file containing one folder per learner, each with a log file for every publication they accessed.

3️⃣ From the User Profile (via a button to download all logs for a specific learner across all started publications): A ZIP file containing one log file per publication.
