The Didask learning assistant supports each learner by answering their questions, providing personalized examples, and removing obstacles at the right time. Easy to activate: automatic (recommended) or manual, depending on your needs.

The Didask learning assistant supports your learners during their training by answering their contextual questions, providing personalized examples, and resolving difficulties as soon as they arise.

📣 Defining the activation set-up

As an administrator, you have access to the Didask AI section and its configuration page.

There are two main options regarding the learning assistant:

Automatic activation (recommended)

  • How it works:

    • The assistant is automatically activated on all your existing training courses and each new course created

  • Benefits:

    • Simple and consistent rollout

    • No course is overlooked

    • Consistent experience for all learners

  • Usage:

    • You can allow managers to disable the assistant on specific publications if necessary

☑️ Manual activation

  • How it works:

    • You manually select the projects whose publications will benefit from the learning assistant

  • Benefits:

    • Total control over rollout

    • Possibility of gradual rollout

    • Adaptation to the specificities of certain training courses

  • Usage:

    • Ideal if specific training courses do not require assistance or for testing on a limited scale


🔎 Role of Managers in the configuration

The level of control granted to Managers depends on your activation choice:

👉 If you choose automatic activation...

The assistant is enabled by default on all published courses:

  • Option 1: You retain exclusive control—managers can see the setting but cannot change it.

  • Option 2: You give managers control—they can disable the assistant on specific posts via the “Experience Customization” tab.

👉 If you choose manual activation...

  • The learning assistant is only available on the projects you have selected

  • Managers can see the status in the “Experience Customization” tab but cannot change it

  • Control remains entirely centralized at the administrator level

Once the learning assistant is activated for a training course, your learners automatically benefit from:

  • An introduction to the learning assistant at the start of the training

  • The ability to share their context for personalized responses

  • Permanent access to chat throughout the training

  • Responses based on the content of your training courses with an indication of the level of reliability

💡 For an initial rollout: Start with manual activation on a few pilot courses to familiarize yourself with the tool.

💡 For large-scale rollout: Opt for automatic activation with instructor control for optimised flexibility.
