Before activating Didask AI for all your users, we recommend testing both modes (Learning Assistant and Coach). Allowing you to:
Understand exactly what your users will experience
Ensure that your content is properly adapted to Didask AI's responses
Familiarize yourself with the features before rollout
🔎 The test features can be found on the Didask AI configuration page, in the Administration tab.
💬 Test the Learning Assistant
Important: the Learning Assistant can only work within training courses in Vertical XP.
Click on the “Test” button in the “Learning Assistant” card.
Choose one of your training projects (the list only displays training courses in Vertical XP).
Click on “Start the course”
The Learning Assistant interface will open and start with its onboarding process.
Set a learning goal and continue your training.
You can open the chat at any time to talk with the learning assistant.
Ask it any questions you may have about the course content and get personalized help.
💬 Test the Coach
Click on the “Test” button in the “Coach” card.
A chat window will open where you can ask it any questions you may have.
If you haven't added any knowledge to your knowledge base yet, the coach will still be able to answer your questions regarding all of the training content available in your Studio.

💬 Test with your users
Once you are comfortable with the features in test mode, you can also decide to activate Didask AI for a select group of your users to test it in realistic conditions.
To do so, click on “Configure” for each of the options to see the possibilities available for a gradual rollout.
💡 Tip: This step-by-step approach allows you to adjust the configuration and optimize your knowledge base before a general rollout.
