🎯 How can I manage AI memory for personalized answers?
Didask AI memorizes information about you from your interactions to personalize its answers and examples. You retain complete control over this information and can view or modify it at any time.
🔎 What is memory?
The AI's memory contains two types of information:
Your professional context
Your role or job
Your industry
Your work environment
Any information relevant in order to tailor responses to your specific situation
Your learning objectives
The skills you wish to develop
The topics that are of particular interest to you
What you seek to improve in your professional practice
🤔 How is this memory contructed?
👉 First interaction with Didask AI
When you first interact with the learning assistant in a training course, it asks you to share your background and goals. This information is then stored in memory.
👉 Automatic enrichment
As you interact with the AI (learning assistant and coach), new information may be automatically added to the memory. You are notified each time a new entry is saved and can decide whether to keep or delete it.
🔁 View and edit my memory
👉 Go to the Memory tab
You can view your memory at any time:
In the Learning Assistant: via the “Memory” tab during your training sessions
In the Coach: via the “Memory” tab during your conversations
👉 Manage your information
From this tab, you can:
View all saved information (context and objectives)
Delete entries that are no longer relevant
The information is automatically enriched as you interact with Didia
🧠 How AI uses the information stored in the memory
👉 Personalized responses
AI uses the information stored in your memory to:
Adapt its explanations to your experience and role
Provide concrete examples from your industry
Prioritize information related to your learning goals
Use vocabulary tailored to your professional context
👉 Scope of memory
In the Learning Assistant: AI accesses all your goals but focuses on those related to the current training course.
In the Coach: AI accesses your entire context and goals to answer your daily questions.
👉 Examples of how to populate your memory effectively
The more relevant information you provide, the better the personalized responses will be.
Useful professional context:
“Sales team manager in a B2B startup with 30 employees”
“Banking advisor in a branch, in direct contact with customers”
“Manager of a team of 5 remote developers”
Clear learning goals:
“Improve my ability to manage conflicts in my team”
“Master digital prospecting techniques”
“Learn to better prioritize my tasks under pressure”
💡 When you are notified of a new recording, take the time to check whether it contains something you want to keep.
🔗 To go further:
🔒 Privacy and control
You retain full control: You can view and delete all stored information
Secure storage: Your data is stored confidentially in your organization's database
Limited use: This information is used solely to personalize your interactions with AI
👉 In summary
A well-maintained memory allows AI to provide you with truly personalized support.
💡 Take a few minutes to share your background and goals when you first start using it—you'll save valuable time later on!
