The quality of the answers you get from the Learning Assistant or Coach depends largely on how you phrase your questions.

👉 The 5 golden rules

1. Be specific

The clearer your question, the more relevant the answer will be.

❌ “Tell me about time management.”

✅ “What are some techniques for prioritizing tasks when you have several urgent matters at once?

2. Provide context

Specify your situation to get relevant answers.

❌ “How do I deal with a difficult customer?

✅ “I'm a B2B salesperson and I have a customer who systematically rejects my pricing proposals. How should I approach this situation?

3. One question at a time

Multiple questions dilute the quality of the answer.

❌ “How do I create a presentation, what tools should I use, and how long does it take?

✅ “What are the key steps to creating an effective presentation?” (then ask the other questions afterwards)

4. Create a new conversation for each topic

💡 Important: For the Coach, starting a new conversation for each new topic will greatly improve the accuracy of the answers.

Example:

  • Conversation 1: Questions about vacation time

  • Conversation 2: Questions about prospection

5. Specify the desired format if necessary

Indicate how you want to receive the information.

Examples:

  • Give me a list of the steps.

  • Explain with a concrete example.

  • Summarize in 3 key points.

👉 Types of useful questions

To understand:

  • Can you explain the difference between X and Y?

  • What does [concept] mean in practical terms?

To apply:

  • How can I use this method in my project?

  • What are the steps to implement [procedure]?

To learn more:

  • Can you give me more examples?

  • What are some common mistakes to avoid?

To review:

  • Remind me of the key points from the training on [topic].

  • Summarize the [process] procedure for me before my meeting.

👉 If you are not satisfied with the answer

  • Too long:Summarize more concisely.

  • Too short:Expand on the part about X.

  • Not relevant: Rephrase your question more precisely.

  • Different angle:Explain that to me in another way.

Feel free to try different iterations until you get the answer you want.

💡 Important: Remember to rate the answers with a thumbs up 👍 or down 👎 to help improve the AI.

👉 What to avoid

  • Questions that are too vague: “Tell me everything about this topic.”

  • Questions unrelated to your training/documents.

  • Asking the AI to make choices for you.

👉 Tips for getting the most out of it

💡 Be natural: No need for technical jargon, talk as you would to a colleague.

💡 Be patient: If you're not satisfied with the first answer, rephrase your question rather than giving up

💡 Be specific: The more context you provide, the more tailored the answer will be to your needs

💡 Experiment: Try different wording to find out what works best for you
