The course certificate, or proof of participation, is a downloadable PDF document that verifies a learner has completed a specific learning path.

🛠️ How to activate it

1️⃣ Go to the "Publications" tab in your project and select the desired publication.

2️⃣ Enable the course certificate below the content of your publication using the toggle button.

3️⃣ The certificate’s format, logo, title, and colors will automatically match those of your publication. 👌

4️⃣ Optionally, you can customize the certificate by filling in the available fields. Add a logo, update the certificate’s name and description, or include your signature. For more details, check this article.

🎨 Customizing the certificate

In the certificate settings, you can:

  • Replace the default background image with one of your choice, tailored to the certificate dimensions.

  • Preview text placement zones to ensure optimal readability.

How does it work?

  • Access the certificate settings from the publication.

  • Replace the default background image with your customized design.

  • Preview the text zones to ensure the content is clearly visible.

💡 When is the certificate issued to learners?

✍️ ❌ Without a final assessment:
The certificate becomes available once the last module of the learning path is completed.

✍️ ✅ With a final assessment:
The certificate is available only after successfully passing the evaluation.
