A program allows you to group multiple training publications (learning paths) into a structured journey.
💡 When should you use programs?
Consider using a program if:
Your training covers a variety of distinct themes. Create a program with one course per theme.
Your training lasts more than an hour. Create a program structured by complexity levels (e.g., "Foundations," "Advanced concepts").
⚠️ Please note: this feature is not compatible with SCORM.
⚙️ How to create a program?
💡 If your publication is already part of a Program, there is no need to also publish it as a standalone Course. This prevents learners from seeing the same training twice in their catalog (once under the "Program" tab and once under the "Course" tab).
If your Program and Course target the same audience, select only one distribution method to keep the learner’s catalog clean and free of duplicates. "Multiple distribution" is only relevant if the audiences differ:
In short: You can include publications in your program without needing to distribute them individually. |
1️⃣ From your Studio homepage, navigate to the Publications tab.
2️⃣ Click Assemble publications on the top right-hand side of the page.
3️⃣ Name your program and select its language.
4️⃣ Link it to a specific training space if necessary.
5️⃣ Write a description, select a theme, and add a banner to represent the program.
6️⃣ Click Add a publication to include the relevant courses in your program.
7️⃣ Preview your program by clicking Preview.
8️⃣ Publish your program by clicking Configure and Publish and adjusting the settings as you would for an individual course.
Programs will appear in the learner catalogue alongside standalone courses, providing a seamless experience for learners.
